The 1994 was a revolutionary year in the gaming world. The company, named Blizzard entertainment released a new role-playing game, called Warcraft, in the market. The greatest advantage of the game if compared to other games that had existed by that time, lied in the plot of the game.
You could choose a personage and play for it, doing different actions and actually living a real virtual life. Warcraft gaming servers began to appear all over the world, but unfortunately they could support only several players, playing at the same time.
As the popularity of the game was growing, Blizzard released two more volumes of Warcraft with new graphical and plot improvements. The last and the greatest volume of Warcraft was released in 2004 and became the first MMORPG version of Warcraft.
